The CS series double-horizontal shaft mixer is a new generation mixer jointly developed by CO-NELE company, which was the first to introduce advanced German technology in China and collaborate with German companies. It is divided into the CHS series high-efficiency double-horizontal shaft mixer, CDS series double-spiral belt mixer, and CWS water mixer. It is widely used in the production of commercial concrete, hydraulic concrete, prefabricated components, environmental materials, wall materials, and other materials.
Features of CHS High-Efficiency Double-Horizontal Shaft Mixer:
The shaft end seal is equipped with a floating oil seal ring and a specially designed sealing component, forming a multi-layer labyrinth seal structure. The seal is reliable, with high stability and a long lifespan.
Equipped with a fully automatic lubrication system, with four independently operating oil pumps providing high-pressure oil supply. The upper-mounted motor installation layout includes a patented belt self-tensioning device, improving transmission efficiency, avoiding excessive belt wear and damage, and reducing maintenance costs.
The drum adopts a large volume ratio design concept, effectively enhancing mixing efficiency, prolonging the lifespan of the shaft end seal, and reducing the probability of material clinging to the shaft.
The discharge door is designed with a large opening to prevent material blockage and leakage, with low wear, efficient sealing, and long-lasting effects. The mixing device adopts a patented design with a 60° angle arrangement, ensuring uniform mixing, low resistance, and a low probability of material clinging to the shaft.
Equipped with military-grade planetary gearbox for smooth transmission and high load capacity. Optional accessories include Italian original gearboxes, German original automatic lubrication pumps, high-pressure cleaning devices, and temperature and humidity testing systems.
