About the Metso Nordberg C106 Jaw Crusher
The Metso Nordberg C106 is a compact primary jaw crusher designed for hard rock and recycle applications in mining, quarry and aggregate operations. With a 1060 × 700 mm (42 × 28 in) jaw opening, the C106 delivers high throughput in a small footprint and is widely used as a primary stage in both stationary and track-mounted plants. Manufacturing Process
Our Metso C106 fixed and swing jaw plates are produced through water-glass sand casting, followed by a controlled heat treatment cycle to develop the work-hardening austenitic manganese structure. Each plate is then precision-machined on the back face, bolt-hole pattern and edge profile to ensure a perfect fit with the C106 jaw crusher frame and to match the original swing geometry of the machine.
