The MC110R EVO / MC110Z EVO is a mobile jaw crusher used as a primary crusher in demolition and recycling, natural stone processing, and quarrying. The machine uses a single-toggle jaw crusher unit with a hydraulically adjustable gap, fed by an independent vibrating feeder. The crushing chamber is lined by the fixed jaw (mounted on the crusher frame) and the moving jaw (carried on the jaw stock), with lower cheek plates closing the sides of the chamber. The toothed profile of both jaws grips and compresses the material, so tooth height and profile wear directly control the reduction ratio and the final product shape.
Material and Casting
