Matched wear parts for the CH440 / H4800 cone crusher: the 440 concave (442.8421) and the B-profile mantle (442.7230). Material and Casting
- M7 high manganese steel — the M7 grade is a work-hardening austenitic manganese casting (Mn18Cr2 type) that develops a hard wearing surface under load while the core stays tough enough to pass tramp metal. The grade is stamped on each casting for traceability.
- Water-glass sand casting with controlled heat treatment for a uniform austenitic structure.
- Machined seating and clamping faces so the concave beds down square in the frame and the mantle seats correctly on the cone head.
- B-profile cavity geometry matched to the original chamber specification.
Aplicaciones
Suited to secondary and tertiary crushing of granite, basalt, limestone, river gravel, iron ore and construction and demolition waste. Replacing mantle and concave as a matched set avoids eccentric wear and keeps the setting stable through the wear cycle.
