A matched pair of crushing jaws for the QJ341 mobile jaw crusher (C12 jaw unit): the corrugated swing jaw (J2950000) and the stationary jaw plate (400.0436). Both are cast in M7 high manganese steel and machined on the seating faces so they pull down flat against the jaw stock and frame, keeping the crushing gap and nip angle within specification.

The corrugated profile on the swing jaw works against the stationary plate to grip and compress the feed, so the two faces wear as a pair. Supplying them together keeps the tooth profiles matched and the reduction ratio consistent through the wear cycle.

The QJ341 is a track-mounted mobile jaw crusher built around a single-toggle C12 jaw unit, widely used as a primary crusher in quarrying, mining, demolition and recycling. Material is fed between a stationary jaw plate fixed to the crusher frame and a swing jaw carried on the jaw stock, driven by the eccentric shaft. Tooth geometry and jaw profile control the nip angle, throughput and the shape of the primary product, so worn plates directly affect both capacity and downstream screening efficiency.

Material and Casting

• M7 high manganese steel — the M7 grade is a work-hardening austenitic manganese casting (Mn18Cr2 type) that develops a hard wearing surface under impact while the core remains tough enough to pass uncrushable material. The grade is stamped on each casting for traceability.
• Water-glass sand casting with controlled heat treatment to produce a uniform austenitic structure.
• Machined seating faces and matched bolt-hole pattern so both jaws bed down correctly and the wedges load evenly.
• Corrugated tooth profile matched to the original jaw geometry for correct nip and grip on slabby or rounded feed.

Aplicaciones

Suited to primary crushing in hard rock quarries, mining operations, construction and demolition recycling, and aggregate production — granite, basalt, limestone, river gravel and demolition debris. Jaw wear life depends on feed size, material abrasiveness and the closed-side setting; fitting the swing and stationary jaws as a matched pair keeps both faces wearing evenly.
