The MCO9<\/strong> is a mobile cone crusher used as a secondary or tertiary stage in aggregate production, quarrying and recycling. Material is crushed between the mantle, which gyrates on the cone head, and the stationary bowl liner in the upper frame. Because the mantle carries the moving side of the crushing action, its wear profile controls the closed-side setting and the finished product shape \u2014 a worn mantle widens the gap locally and produces oversize and flaky material.<\/p>\n
